If the plan changes
The examination on arrival can reveal what photographs cannot. Anything new is repriced for your approval before we start.

Any clinic can claim a saving. These are the three things worth asking about ours.
Why is it cheaper here?
Rent, salaries and laboratory costs in Bucharest are a fraction of London or Dublin, and the laboratory we use turns cases around in days. The implant systems and ceramics are the same ones sold across Western Europe.
Where do the UK figures come from?
Typical private fees, not the cheapest quote you could find and not NHS bands. If your own quote at home is lower, bring it. We will tell you honestly whether the difference is worth the flight.
Why are Bucharest prices in pounds?
We work in lei and convert at European Central Bank reference rates, rounded, so the figure you read is the figure you can compare. The rate on the day of payment is the one that applies.
Paying for it
No deposit before you are examined
When do I pay, and how much upfront?
Nothing before you are examined in clinic. Treatment is paid in stages as it is done, typically a part-payment at the first appointment of each trip and the balance when the work is fitted.
Card, cash or transfer?
Card or bank transfer. Ask for the invoice in your own name if you intend to claim on insurance.
What if I need less work than the quote says?
You pay for what is done. The plan is itemised per unit for exactly this reason. Removing a crown from the plan removes its price.
Is the warranty priced separately?
No. The written warranty comes with the treatment, and remedial work covered by it is done at our cost. Ask for the terms in writing before you commit.
