When do I pay, and how much upfront?
Obtain the treating clinic’s deposit, payment-stage, cancellation and refund terms before committing. Do not assume that a preliminary enquiry establishes those terms.
Card or cash?
Confirm the clinic’s accepted payment methods, currency and fees, and request an itemised invoice. Check any insurance requirements directly with your insurer.
What if the proposed work changes?
Ask for a revised itemised quotation and an explanation of the options. The treating dentist must assess your case; a website comparison cannot determine the work you need.
What does a warranty cover?
Request the actual provider’s terms, duration, exclusions, maintenance conditions and claims process. We have not verified an entitlement to free remedial treatment or travel reimbursement; do not assume either is included.
