Using this website

Terms of use

These terms explain how this website and the initial enquiry service may be used. They do not form the terms of dental treatment and do not require you to proceed with any dental provider.

1. About Dental Clinic Abroad

Dental Clinic Abroad is the trading name used for this website and initial enquiry service. The verified legal operator, full service address and any registration details are not yet published. Until they are supplied, the public contact route is limited to non-clinical questions and no health information, provider introduction or payment should proceed.

2. What the website provides

The website provides general educational information about dental treatments, quote-comparison checklists, travel-planning questions and a way to make a non-clinical enquiry. It does not currently publish provider fees or accept health information through its public contact links.

The website does not provide a diagnosis, emergency care or a substitute for an examination by an appropriately qualified dental professional. Do not delay urgent dental or medical care because of information on this website.

3. Enquiries and provider introductions

  • You may ask a non-clinical question without sending health information.
  • Do not send dental photographs, X-rays, symptoms, treatment history or other medical information through the public contact links.
  • A future health-information process must first identify the legal service operator and proposed provider, give you the relevant privacy information and ask for an informed choice.
  • Sending an enquiry does not book treatment, create a treatment contract or require either you or a provider to proceed.

An identified dental provider is separately responsible for its clinical assessment, professional advice, treatment and clinical records.

4. Treatment plans and provider terms

Any remote indication of treatment, timing or price is provisional until an appropriate clinical examination and any necessary imaging. Treatment suitability and outcomes cannot be guaranteed through website information or a remote enquiry.

Before treatment, the identified provider should give you its own written terms covering the confirmed treatment plan, final price, payment, cancellation, warranty, aftercare and complaints process. Read those terms before agreeing to treatment or making a payment.

5. Prices and travel

The website does not currently publish provider or UK comparison figures. Any future remote estimate from an identified provider remains provisional. Clinical findings may change what is suitable or required, and any change should be explained and priced for your approval before treatment starts.

You arrange flights, accommodation, insurance and other travel services directly. Those suppliers have their own terms. Consider waiting for written confirmation of your appointment dates before making non-refundable travel arrangements.

Commercial role and payment path

Provider introductions and treatment payments are paused. Before either is offered, this page will name the legal operator and state whether it is paid by patients, providers or both; who the patient contracts with; who invoices; and who receives treatment payments.

6. Information you send

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and send only material you are entitled to share. Do not send another person’s health information without their authority.

Do not use the website or its contact channels to send unlawful, abusive or malicious material, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation.

7. Website content

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design and graphics are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish or commercially exploit them without permission. Rights provided by law, including permitted quotation and fair dealing, are not restricted.

8. External services and links

The website links to services operated by others, including WhatsApp and external information sources. Their availability, content, privacy practices and terms are controlled by them. A link does not make Dental Clinic Abroad responsible for an external service.

9. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with website information, but treatments, provider availability, travel conditions and third-party information can change. Confirm information that is important to your decision with the identified provider or authoritative source before relying on it.

The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. We may correct or update content when needed.

10. Responsibility and your legal rights

Dental Clinic Abroad remains responsible for its own obligations relating to the website and initial enquiry service. An identified dental provider remains responsible for its professional advice and treatment, and travel suppliers remain responsible for the services you book with them.

Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that applicable consumer law gives you, or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies used on the website and how to change your choices.

12. Changes and complaints

We may update these terms when the website or enquiry process changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

If you have a question or complaint about the website or initial enquiry service, email contact@dentalclinicabroad.co.uk or call +40 727 506 445. If a complaint concerns dental treatment, contact the identified provider using its complaints process.
